Having
been enticed and misled by their (Nutriberry
Slim and Vita Cleanse) advert on
a Facebook page, at the end of
August, my beloved sent for a free sample of each product, albeit for an
extortionate post and packaging charge.
Shortly
after receiving them her blood pressure was raised from her normal reading and
her GP confirmed that there were ingredients which could have that effect.
Meanwhile
I looked up the product online* and found that this company was defrauding
people of substantial sums of money. They treat the request for a sample as a
subscription agreement, so, we began to worry and immediately contacted the
credit card company,
with a view to closing the credit card account/cancelling the card, but a lady assured her that they would block any attempt to take further payment.

The next day, 10 September, ma belle dispatched the
returned products by the most expensive Next Day postal delivery (where the
parcel had to be signed for on receipt}.
The
company waited, however, until 1.28am on 10 October before sending confirmation of cancellation.

Wow, I to have had the same problem with this company, tried several times to cancel to no avail and spoke to the bank who equally assured me they'd keep an eye on things, thank god I did as well... Is all I can say! This company pray on stupid victims like us with innocent minds clearly getting the best out of our bank accounts and leaving us with the pain and loss of the aftermath in return, one word FRAUDSTERS. I sympathise with any one else how has had this problem, just don't be a fool like me, trust your instincts - I only wish I had
Yours too trustingly JST
Im also a fool. I seen the add on facebook for nutriberry slim and vita cleanse , I sent the £6.99 of and £2.99 postage waited 2 weeks and recieved the goods happily . Went to bank 2 days later and found this scam of a company had taken £190 out of my account . Iwas told I need an address or phone number or email to stop it but cant find anything to help me, so i contacted trade and standards for help. I still need any information I can get to help me get my money back. Unbelievable.
I also fell foul to nutriberry slim and cleanse. I seen the advert on facebook and jumped at the chance, id hearx a few people talkin about it and thought it must work so paid the postage and waited 3 weeks for it to arrive. A week later I checkedmy balance and saw that £ 98.00 had been taken out for the nutriberry and £89.00 for vita cleanse. My bank told me there wasnt anything they could do I had to stop it. Wel god knows iv tried , I cant find a number an email or address for this company. In the end after the tears trade and standards have stepped in but I still need help so if anyone has any information id be truely thankful. Dianne
I have just checked my account and I kept on noticing these two amounts of £95.99 and £85.99 and checked with my wife , she told me they where only sample jars at £2.99 and £6.99 she ordered.I have just phoned up and called them for everything they have just screwed me for £600.00 for 2 jars of suite and all they said was she new what she was signing up for and I can't do a thing about it, I also need help as my wife didn't understand and it doesn't say read terms before purchasing the order, at this moment in time she is in tears because it was money we didn't have. I also need help
